Nuthatch Grey Fabric by the Metre

One of our ambitions here at Nuthatch Grey was to supply our own prints by the metre for customers to use in their own projects. After a long search for the perfect print company to work with we are pleased to introduce 6 of our most popular designs available in a range of fabric choices.

Hare Drove Summer can be found in an endless seamless pattern printed onto 100% Cotton Twill or Drill fabric dependant on end use, as can Passionflower, Dodo in Powder Pink and Peony and Tree Frog .

A Blackbirds Breakfast has had a new re-fresh and can now be purchased with an uplifting birds egg blue colour way.

Last but by no means least is the most sumptuous soft velvet printed in Sicilian Snake with the added twist of a Jet Black base colour. We love this one! Totally stroke-able and with a vibrancy of colour due to the short pile velvet reflecting the light this is surely a go-to fabric for soft furnishings and even a show stopping jacket.

Cotton Twill fabric is 213gsm and a lovely medium weight versatile cotton where as Drill is slightly sturdier at 255gsm and suitable for projects such as aprons, tote bags and roman blinds. Both cottons are 140cm wide and available in various lengths. Our velvet is polyester based and is 280gsm this lush option is 135cm wide.
